2. The Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group will merge its group company Reliance Natural Resources Limited (RNRL) with another group company Reliance Power Limited (Reliance Power).
3. KWH Mirka- a Finland based company which mainly deals with dry sanding will set up its wholly owned subsidiary in India.
