IBPS CWE 2013 expected notification and important dates

 Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) 2012 final results are already out for the posts of Probationary Officer, Management Trainee, Clerical, Specialist Officer, Officer RRB and Assistant RRB. Last year (2012) IBPS introduced Common Interview for those who cleared in Common written examination. Now it’s time for IBPS CWE 2013.

 When common written examination was introduced in 2011 it was said that the IBPS CWE will be conducted twice a year. But due to introduction of common written examination for clerical, specialist officer and vacancies of regional rural banks, IBPS has made it clear last time that it will conduct the common written examination once in a year and the validity of the IBPS CWE scorecard is valid only for a year.  In IBPS CWE 2012 it also introduced common interview for all those candidates who reached the cut off.

 For CWE 1, PO notification was released in July, 2011 exam was conducted in September 2011. For CWE- 2, PO notification was released in March 2012 and exam was conducted in June 2012. It was then decided that from CWE 3, exam will be held once in a year. One reason for postponement of this year examination is that allotment for specialist officer is still going on and the second probably reason is that to include those candidates who complete their graduation this year, so that they don’t have to wait for another year to compete in this examination. So from these calculations it is very clear that we can expect the notification in the last week of July or in the first week of August and date of CWE 3 exam may be in the month of November, so that result will be declared like last year and common interview will be handled in January 2014 followed by completion of allotment by March-April 2014.
