Breaking News : Percentage and Age criteria for IBPS PO-3, 2013 slashed
It's a moment to relax for those who were crest fallen for the last two weeks with the modification in IBPS PO 3 notification. In fact the news was around from last November and many candidates have filed grievance to the respective department to reconsider the criteria with respect to age and percentage. Many candidates even file online petition in change.org, but the possibility of consideration by the department looked light. Today (July 22, 2013), IBPS has published a corrigendum to the notification issued on 10th of July, 2013.
Below are the highlights of the corrigendum,
Education qualification: Degree in any discipline from a recognized University. (60% criteria removed)
Age Limit : 30 years with applicable relaxation as per government norms. So it will be 33 for OBC and 35 for SC/ST.( 28 years as mentioned earlier revised)
Computer literacy : Not mandatory.
Online application starts : July 22, 2013
Last Date : August 17, 2013
