Important dates of Ancient, Medieval and Modern History

Important dates in Indian history is arranged in chronological order. The period of Ancient history in India starts from Indus Valley Civilization and that of Medieval period starts from Delhi Sultanate's and the modern history starts from the battle of plassey.
 The chronological order of dates in Indian history will be highly useful for UPSC, SSC and other competitive examinations. It can be used as a ready reckoner during last time preparations. Covering the dates will give a brief idea of all the three periods of History. The modern history is provided till the date of 2002.

RBI Assistant Examination 2012 - General Awareness Question Paper with Key

Reserve Bank of India conducted the written examination for the selection of 1000 assistants across India on 29th of April 2012. The question paper comprised of 200 questions divided into 5 parts each carrying 40 questions which has to be completed in 2 hours. General awareness comprised of 40 questions. Questions asked in the examination is of objective type with 4 choices. Here the questions and answers are alone updated, which means choices given in the examination are not given as the questions are framed purely on memory retention.
